All our jewellery is made in solid 18k gold.

All materials used are 18k gold , precious stones, semi-precious stones, fresh water pearls and diamonds.

We are based in Dubai and all our products are manufactured in Dubai.

Since all our items are custom made, we do not accept returns.

How long do you take to deliver?
All jewellery orders are custom made to order and we take about 10 – 15 days to be manufactured and delivered within UAE and about 2 – 3 weeks for international shipments.
What is your shipping method?
We use Fedex / Fetchr to ship within UAE and Fedex for international shipments.
Do you charge a shipment fee?
All orders across UAE are shipped for free of charge, we use FedEx or Fetcher to deliver. All International orders are shipped through FedEx and the shipping cost is calculated according to destination country.
Are there any taxes applicable?
Please note that the customer is responsible for any tax and duties on orders required to go through customs. The taxes (if any) are determined as per the individual’s country and we are unable to pre-calculate these fees therefore, is completely out of our control.

We will always strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner but since all our jewellery is handmade, we ask that all customers be aware of this production window.

What is the return policy?
We strive for outstanding customer service and want all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, as each piece is handmade to order, outside of repairs and issuing a claim for defect, we do not accept returns. If your piece has been damaged or is defective upon receipt please feel free to contact us.
