Order can be placed via whatsapp +971 58 1317125 or by mail info@lusterjewels.ae. Please note that once an order has been confirmed, we are not able to modify or cancel your order. Please note that the images of the letters, numbers, and pieces are for visual reference only. The actual product may vary slightly in shape, size, and color from what is pictured. The quantity of diamonds may vary also. We aim to present accurate information on the website, but at times information may contain some errors. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors and update the information at any time without prior notice.

Payment Options
We accept payments through Bank Transfers.

Shipping
All order within UAE are shipped for free of charge, we deliver through FedEx or Fetcher. All International orders are shipped through FedEx the shipping cost is calculated according to destination country.

Delivery Time
All jewellery orders are custom made to order and may take up to 2-3 weeks to be prepared and delivered. We will always strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner but due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window.

Duties and Taxes
Please note that the customer is responsible for any tax and duties on orders required to go through customs. The taxes (if any) are determined as per the individual’s country and we are unable to pre-calculate these fees therefore, is completely out of our control

Returns
We strive for outstanding customer service and want all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, as each piece is handmade to order, outside of repairs and issuing a claim for defect, we do not accept returns or exchange. If your piece has been damaged or is defective upon receipt please contact us.
